I would say the relationship with a prospect will begin when we gain the “trust” of the prospect; therefore the prospect is no longer a prospect but becomes a customer. This doesn’t necessarily involve monetary exchange, but it would be the initiation of the buying process. http://lnkd.in/f-nTyF
